Meet Our Team

Our team is led by former Triage Consulting Group, Deloitte Consulting, and hospital leaders who bring both depth and practicality to every engagement. Our consultants have led complex engagements and resolved revenue cycle and payer issues that have led to hundreds of millions in additional reimbursement to the hospital industry.

Kiet Lam, MPH

Founder | CEO

Kiet brings over 25+ years of reimbursement and revenue cycle leadership to the industry. Before founding Climb, he served as a Senior Partner at Triage Consulting Group, where he led large-scale payment review engagements for some of the nation’s largest health systems while overseeing key internal functions, including Medicare review services and Triage’s R&D group. Following Triage’s merger with RevInt to form Cloudmed, he helped lead the development of Cloudmed’s Insurance Discovery solution.

Kiet has been an active HFMA leader for 17+ years, currently serving on the Oregon Chapter Board of Directors, with prior leadership roles in Southern California and multiple speaking appearances at HFMA conferences.

A double Bruin, Kiet earned his BS in Molecular Biology and an MPH in Health Services Management from UCLA. He also serves as President of UCLA’s Academic Advancement Program Alumni Network, supporting first-generation graduates from underrepresented and under-resourced backgrounds.

Pauline Le, MPH

Co-Founder | Strategic Operations

Pauline is an industry veteran with over 25+ years of healthcare and management consulting leadership. She leads Climb's Operations across Strategy, Business, and People Ops. She brings an end-to-end perspective on healthcare finance, from payer-side claims to managed care contracting to hospital revenue cycle operations. Before co-founding Climb in 2023, Pauline spent a decade at Deloitte Consulting as a Senior Manager focused on revenue cycle operations, hospital transformations, patient experience, and health reform.

Earlier in her career, Pauline spent six years at Triage Consulting Group as a Manager, where she led consulting teams delivering revenue cycle and hospital operations engagements, driving measurable performance improvements in cash collections, denial reduction, and operational throughput.

Outside of work, Pauline’s ultimate passion is volunteering, especially with animals. You’ll often find her spending time with city shelter pups, along with serving as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for foster youth.
